Fresh Food Only- Day One


So here I am ready to start a week without my vice. I'll only be eating things found in my house and that can be cooked fresh. No fast food, restaurants, bars, TV dinners, or some other form of frozen microwaveable food.

There are a couple of a reasons why I chose this to be my vice-

1.) I'm hoping to lose a few pounds by the end of the week. I don't quite often make the healthiest choices when picking out where to eat.
2.) Money. I use a website called Mint.com to keep track of my finances. Taking a look at last month, I went through $325 in eating out. That's on average $4,000 a year. Quite a bit of money I could use to blow on other things.
3.) I can't cook at all. This week will hopefully force me to start cooking new things and (hopefully) with more success.
