I have learned how important water is.
It used to be the solo source of hydration but these days you get hydration from beverages that quench your body’s thirst but does not feed it and give true nutrition and hydration.
I’m going to go back to the basics more often.
I’ve come to realize that as much as I love drinks that entertain my taste buds more than the natural sweetness of water that I need to do my body a favor and get back to the au natural.
