So today I sort of cheated but not really. I spent $8 at Subway because I was starving to death.
I realized that I didn’t make the rules specific enough for this project. But from this point on, I am not spending any dollar amount on anything only for gasoline for m truck or any life or death emergency.
Other than the subway purchase it actually isn’t as hard as I thought to refrain from spending. But that doesn’t mean it’s easy by any means.
On facebook I’m a fan of a super cute clothing store called Crush Clothing. Of course the week I am forbidden to spend money is the very same week they decide to have a super amazing promotion.
The promotion allowed a free gift to any anyone who made any purchase…unbelievable. The only way I could participate in this promotion was to click the “like” button on their facebook page. Whoop-dee-doo. But looking at the positive side, I saved money. Plus they could have been giving out a dumb, nasty pack of tic tacs (which I highly doubt)…right? Bring it on day three.
