No Fast Food: Day Two

Last night I went to the drive-in, me and my friend were hungry so we go to get some food, I was having trouble choosing an item off the menu, when I finally do, it hit me, I was in a fast food restaurant. I wasn’t too happy, but very hungry!

My friend laughs and tells me she has chips in her car, when ordering her food the cashier says, ‘Sorry the kitchen’s closed!’ I felt a little better.

However it was still hard to resist from ordering something they were still serving, like nachos or one of their one dollar hot dogs.

Day one was definitely much more difficult then day two, I have a busy schedule so I never tend to eat much on Tuesdays any way. But I was getting pretty hungry during my first class, rather then running through a drive through real fast, I had to go home and prepare myself another sandwich, taking up time I could have been spending doing homework.

I’m not the only one in my family suffering from the vice project this week, on the days I pick my sister up from kindergarten I would normally take her to Wendy’s for a frostie, but sisterly love is making her wait till next Monday for her beloved icy dessert.

Okay, I have a confession.

I took a packet of mustard for my chips from the drive-in last night, I figured it wasn’t cheating for the following reasons; it’s free, it’s not on the menu, and I have the same packets at home. Sorry.
